Shipping conditions

Delivery throughout Switzerland & internationally: Your order will be shipped approximately 1 to 3 days. Please take this into account when planning your order.

Shipping methods and delivery times: We ship with care, but we offer free shipping for purchases worth CHF 99 or more.

Shipment tracking: We will provide you with shipment tracking and tracking information via email and in your customer account.

Return policy

This is how returns work with us:

  • Register the return by logging into your customer account for the order you placed within the return period.
  • Enter the reason for the return and any notes. Then click "Record Return." Please note that return shipping costs will apply.
  • Print out the return form and return the product by simply placing it in the package and attaching the return label to the package. It's important that the old shipping label is no longer visible.
  • Drop off the package at a Swiss Post branch or have it picked up at home using pick@home. You'll receive a refund after confirmation.
Return period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return items.
Please note that some items cannot be returned. These include products missing accessories, damaged products (except for shipping damage), products without the original packaging, and food items.

For some products, returns are only possible if the packaging has not been opened. These include hygiene items such as toothbrushes, razors, etc., and products used for preparing or storing food, such as pans, Tupperware, etc.

If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
  • Full refund of the purchase price: The item is in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging. For clothing and shoes, a refund of the purchase price will be issued provided the following conditions are met: no signs of wear, tags on the garment, and the original packaging are present.

The postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the customer. However, in some cases, we will cover the return shipping costs, for example, if you receive a different item than ordered or if you provided incorrect information in the online shop.
