Shipping and delivery times
We ship from Switzerland, carefully and lovingly packed.
Switzerland
- Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: CHF 4.90 per order (tracked)
- Free shipping on orders from CHF 50.
International
- Delivery time: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Shipping cost: 9.95 in your local currency per order (tracked) – on every order, no free shipping
- We deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, other European countries, as well as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you buy.
Customs and import duties: For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs or import duties may apply. These are not included in the price and are charged by the customs authority of the destination country.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also find it in your customer account at any time.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return items. We cover the return postage. You can find the full conditions in our return policy.
