The flexible silicone mold releases the finished cake particularly easily, so details remain beautifully visible. Thanks to its high heat resistance, it's versatile: for classic sponge and pound cakes, gelatin desserts, or even ice cream and yogurt creations.
After baking, cleaning is very easy: the mold can be fully inverted for washing and is also dishwasher safe. A recipe recommendation from a Japanese cooking expert for a light sponge cake is also included – ideal for anyone who wants to get started right away.
