Description
This Tinker Bell postcard uses a lenticular print: tilting the card left and right changes the motif, revealing different scenes featuring the fairy from Disney's Peter Pan. This effect can only be suggested in a product photo and truly comes to life when you actually hold the card in your hand. Lenticular cards have been popular in Japan for decades and are practically never found in European retail. This only adds to the appeal of this motif.
Measuring approximately 10 x 14.8 cm, the format corresponds to a classic postcard. The back offers space for a handwritten message and features a subtle logo. At around 9 grams, the card is light enough for standard mail yet sturdy enough to arrive undamaged. We recommend using an envelope for shipping to prevent the lenticular surface from getting scratched. A simple A6 frame is suitable for display.
As a birthday greeting, an invitation, an enclosure for a gift, or as an eye-catcher in a picture frame: this card works in all four roles. Recommended for ages 15 and up. Original merchandise from Japan, shipped from TheHoneyhugs in Switzerland and imported in small quantities. Those who collect Disney stationery know the appeal: such effect prints cannot be reproduced digitally. That is why many collectors place them directly into a frame instead of a mailbox.
