Description
Star from Disney's "Wish" is a character without words – its entire impact lies in facial expressions and movement. That is precisely why lenticular printing is more suitable here than for most motifs: if you tilt the card, the facial expression changes and the little star actually looks alive for a moment. You cannot see this in a photo, but the effect is immediate when held in your hand.
The back is designed with a constellation illustration while still leaving enough space for a handwritten message. The format of approx. 10 x 14.8 cm corresponds to the classic postcard and thus fits into standard frames, collection sleeves, and card boxes. At around 9 grams, the card is noticeably sturdier than normal postcard paper and can even withstand being carried around in a bag. Those who collect several motifs from the series can easily hang them side by side on a string with clips.
It works equally well as an enclosure for a gift, as a birthday greeting, or as a collector's item for a pin board. When mailed without an envelope, however, postmarks will leave visible marks on the ridged surface. Recommended for ages 15 and up. Officially licensed and made in Japan. At TheHoneyhugs, we import the "Wish" motifs in small quantities directly from the Disney Store Japan and ship from Switzerland. Dispatched from Switzerland.
