Description
This lenticular postcard shows Remy from Disney Pixar’s "Ratatouille" during his famous taste experiment with strawberries and cheese, one of the most iconic scenes from the film. Depending on the viewing angle, the motif changes and the scene comes to life—an effect that is difficult to capture in photos and truly comes into its own when held in your hand. The printing is precise and the colors are vibrant, with the rendering remaining consistent across all tilt angles. The card stock is sturdy enough that the card does not bend even when displayed upright.
The address side is illustrated with a subtle character motif and at the same time offers enough space for a personal message. This makes the card a special greeting, an accompaniment to a gift for amateur chefs, or a collectible item for your shelf. The flip effect is best showcased when displayed upright, which is why many fans choose not to send such cards at all. It also looks great as kitchen decor next to the spice rack, provided it is kept away from steam.
Please note the manufacturer's recommendation for ages fifteen and up: this is a paper and collectible item, not a toy for small children. The card comes to us in small quantities directly from Japan, and reordering is not guaranteed, as Pixar stationery there is usually only released for a limited time. It is therefore a small but very distinctive addition to any Pixar collection.
