Description
This set of two postcards comes directly from the Tokyo Disney Resort and features Mickey Mouse and his friends under the theme "Dreams Take Flight." The designs are detailed and capture the exact park atmosphere that has distinguished Japanese Disney merchandise for years. Both cards are printed on sturdy cardstock and retain their colors even when framed. Both motifs are coordinated and create a harmonious pair in the classic postcard format when placed side by side.
Because two cards are included, you can send one and keep one—a division popular among collectors. Alternatively, both motifs can easily be framed together or given away as a small gift. The writable backs offer space for an address and personal notes, allowing the cards to be sent by mail as usual. For greeting card collections, a two-piece set is more practical than a single card anyway.
Park-exclusive items like this set are sold in limited quantities at the Tokyo Disney Resort and change seasonally. We personally bring them back from Japan in small quantities, so restocking is not guaranteed. If you like the motifs, it makes sense not to wait for a later reissue. Especially designs with anniversary or theme-related content often disappear from the park's assortment after just a few months.
