Description
Cozy socks featuring Marie from The Aristocats, designed for those hours at home when you're not planning on heading out. The material is significantly fluffier than regular socks and warms up quickly, which makes all the difference on cold parquet or tiled floors. Marie herself is positioned large and centrally, so the design doesn't get lost in the pattern and remains clearly visible even when worn.
The size corresponds to EU 36 to 39. In their country of origin, Japanese socks are labeled by foot length in centimeters; for the European market, this has already been converted. If you are unsure, stand with your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe: EU 36 to 39 corresponds to approximately 22.5 to 25 centimeters of foot length.
In Japan, these types of room-wear socks are a winter staple because homes there are rarely heated continuously. That is exactly where their construction comes from: thick, soft, with a loose cuff that doesn't pinch yet stays in place. A note for your safety: fluffy soles are slippery on laminate, parquet, and tiles, so please be careful on stairs. Wash cold on a gentle cycle, preferably in a laundry bag to prevent the pile from matting, and air dry instead of using a tumble dryer. Limited Japanese import, shipping from Switzerland.
