Description
Kuromi brings a cheekier tone to the Sanrio world, which is exactly what makes this cutlery set interesting for many children. The spoon and fork feature the character with her signature hood on the handle – eye-catching, but not cluttered, so the set doesn't look out of place at the family dining table. The print is kept subtle, making it look less childish than many comparable sets.
The handles are short and light, making them well-suited for children's hands that are still practicing eating with cutlery. They are made of ABS plastic for the handle, heat-resistant up to around 100 °C, and stainless steel for the spoon and fork. The set is dishwasher safe, but should not be boiled, as the plastic can deform. The smooth handle surface can also be wiped clean quickly and without residue after sticky meals.
This makes it suitable for kindergarten, daycare, school, and the lunchbox just as much as for home. Like almost all items at thehoneyhugs, we import this set in small quantities directly from Japan; restocking is not guaranteed. Small children should be supervised when eating with the fork, as the tines are pointed. Product images serve as examples; colors and patterns may vary slightly depending on the production batch. The set is also well-suited as a replacement for a lost individual item.
