Description
A round, two-tier bento box featuring Nick and Judy with a total capacity of around 500 milliliters. The top tier holds approximately 230 milliliters, while the bottom holds about 270, making it easy to portion: the main meal goes on the bottom, fruit or vegetables on top. The round shape is intentional, as a convenience store onigiri fits inside perfectly, packaging and all. For older children with a big appetite, the box is best used as a supplement to a second container.
Both tiers feature a non-stick interior coating, ensuring rice doesn't stick as much and can be easily removed. A plastic fork is stored in the lid, so it's always on hand. After eating, the two tiers can be nested inside one another, meaning the box takes up only half as much space in the backpack on the way home. Weighing about 130 grams, it is easy for kindergarten and primary school children to carry. The lid is secure enough to ensure the box won't open on its own in a backpack, yet it can still be opened by children without help. Made in Japan.
Please note: The lid closes without a seal, so very liquid foods are not recommended. Allow hot food to cool down before closing. Remove the lid, inner seal, and fork before heating in the microwave. The box is not suitable for dishwashers or dryers. Limited Japanese import, shipped from Switzerland.
