Description
Round melamine plate with a diameter of 19 centimeters from the Funny Face series, featuring Winnie the Pooh and his friends with exaggerated, silly faces. The series is intentionally silly and clearly distinct from the more tranquil Pooh designs. We carry several Winnie the Pooh plates in this size, so it is worth taking a look at the product image.
Nineteen centimeters is the classic breakfast size: enough for bread, an egg, and jam, or for a child-sized portion, without wasting cupboard space. Melamine resin is heat-resistant up to approximately 120 degrees, weighs a fraction of a porcelain plate, and does not chip. If it falls off the table, usually nothing happens. This is precisely why the material has been the standard for children's tableware in Japan for decades. The rim is slightly raised, which helps children when eating on their own because it prevents forks and spoons from slipping off the edge immediately.
Care instructions: This plate is not suitable for the microwave, dishwasher, or oven. Clean by hand with mild detergent and avoid abrasive cleaners, as they will dull the design. Let hot food cool down before eating; for small children, it is best for an adult to check. Replenishment is never guaranteed with these imports. Limited Japan import, shipping from Switzerland. Small scratches from cutlery are normal over time and do not constitute a defect.
