Description

This Winnie the Pooh writing board is a typical Japanese school accessory, known there as a shitajiki. It is placed under the current page of a notebook while writing to provide a smooth, firm surface. This makes writing neater and prevents ink from bleeding through to subsequent pages. The cute Pooh design makes writing that much more enjoyable.

The board measures approximately 30 by 18 centimeters and is intended for B5-sized notebooks, which are common in Japan for school and note-taking. It is too large for A5 notebooks, but fits comfortably in A4 notebooks. Made of polypropylene, it is lightweight, flexible, and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth if necessary. Stored between notebook pages, it provides additional protection against creasing. It is manufactured and distributed by Inrock, a Japanese supplier of licensed stationery. We import these items from Japan in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed.

The board is manufactured in Japan, and the information on the packaging is in Japanese. We ship from Switzerland via B-Post letter, packed flat to ensure it does not crease. It makes a great little gift for the start of school or for Pooh fans in the office. If you have any questions about specific details, we are happy to help. In the event of transport damage, please contact us directly.
