With a staff around his waist and a fluffy, pointed hat, he is charmingly dressed as an Oni. The design uses red colors, typical of Winnie the Pooh, and is also a fun story to enjoy. Also pay attention to the beans placed everywhere! These mini tsums in the series are available in 5 different versions (sold separately).
