Description

With this Mickey Mouse-style silicone mold, you can bake four small madeleines at once. The soft silicone releases the small cakes easily, so they come out of the mold without breaking. The mold is versatile: in addition to pastries, it is also suitable as an ice cube tray or for cold desserts such as jelly, pudding, or ice cream. This creates little treats that are sure to be a hit at children's birthday parties and coffee gatherings.

The mold measures approximately 145 by 160 by 35 millimeters and has four cavities with a capacity of 65 milliliters each. It is made of silicone rubber, which, according to the manufacturer, is temperature-resistant from minus 20 to 230 degrees. This makes it suitable for the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, and it is dishwasher-safe. Because it is flexible, it can be turned inside out for cleaning. Manufacturer's tip: For jelly, dip the mold in warm water for 5 to 10 seconds, then the contents will release more easily. A madeleine recipe is included, presumably in Japanese. We import such items from Japan in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed.

Place the mold on a baking sheet or wire rack when baking. Use oven mitts after baking. Do not use sharp knives in the mold. It was manufactured in China. We ship from Switzerland. We are happy to help if you have any questions.
