Description
With this Winnie the Pooh silicone baking mold, you can create a sponge cake that brings joy the moment you cut into it. The soft silicone easily releases from the finished cake, ensuring it comes out of the mold without breaking. After baking, the mold can even be turned inside out, which makes cleaning significantly easier. It is a lovely idea for children's birthday parties or a cozy afternoon of baking with the family.
The mold measures approximately 151 by 170 by 85 millimeters and has a capacity of 900 milliliters. It is made of silicone rubber, which the manufacturer states is heat-resistant from minus 20 to 230 degrees. This allows it to be used in the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, for example for ice cream or gelatin desserts. It is dishwasher-safe. Included is a sponge cake recipe by Japanese culinary researcher Misako Akita, which is likely written in Japanese. We import such items from Japan in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed. It makes a lovely gift for hobby bakers.
Place the mold on a baking sheet or wire rack when baking, as silicone is flexible. Handle with oven mitts after baking. Do not use sharp knives in the mold. It was manufactured in China. We ship from Switzerland. We are happy to help if you have any questions. In the event of transport damage, please contact us directly. Wash the mold thoroughly before first use.
