Kamiaya Oil Blotting Paper Classic Alice in Wonderland

Kamiya's Aburatori papers are crafted to replicate the characteristics of the rare gold leaf paper used in gold leaf beating. They feature a coating on the back of the paper and are produced under high pressure. They absorb facial oil well, are tear-resistant even when wet, and prevent skin oil from seeping onto the back, resulting in less makeup decay. The cover is based on our special gold lacquer technique paper (katsura/irregularity), used for sake, handicrafts, and sliding doors in temples and shrines, and features a bold layout inspired by Rinpa and ukiyo-e.
