Description
Loop fibers instead of a scouring surface: This sponge works with glittering, loop-woven fibers. They mechanically attack limescale deposits and dried-on dirt without being as aggressive as a pot scrubber. Therefore, it can also be used for coated pans, where steel wool would destroy the non-stick coating.
It can be used equally in the kitchen and bathroom, i.e., for sinks, fixtures, tiles, or dishes. The material is designed for durability and is treated with an antimicrobial finish. A string is included, which allows the sponge to be hung up to dry; this is a practical feature, as a sponge left lying flat will start to smell after a few days. It is manufactured by Skater. It fits comfortably in the hand and takes up little space at the sink. It makes a well-received gift. We import these items in small quantities from Japan; replenishment is not guaranteed.
Notes: Do not use on delicate materials; the manufacturer explicitly states a limitation here. Test on an inconspicuous area before first use, especially on high-gloss, painted surfaces, acrylic glass, or chrome. Do not use chlorine-based cleaners together with other products. Rinse well after use and hang to dry. Replace in case of heavy wear. Further information is in Japanese on the packaging. We are happy to help with questions about individual details.
