Description
This mini towel is part of the Tumekomu series by KIDEA, the Disney brand for babies and toddlers from Japan. In Japanese, tumekomu means something like to fit in or to fill. The pattern shows Mickey Mouse with building blocks of various shapes that are assembled into a cheerful picture on the towel. Parents and children can figure out together which shapes fit where, making it a playful way to learn about shapes.
The towel measures approximately 25 by 25 centimeters and is made of cotton, with the embroidery made of polyester. According to the manufacturer, organic cotton is used. With the standard mini towel format, it fits into a diaper bag, kindergarten bag, or trouser pocket and is suitable for drying hands, cleaning up small messes while eating, or as a substitute for a tissue. It is as popular as a gift for a birth or a first birthday as it is for daily use. We import such items from Japan in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed.
A note on origin: The towel comes from the Japanese product line, but it was manufactured in China. For babies and toddlers, the towel should not be left unattended in a crib or near the face. Wash separately before first use; do not iron the embroidery at high temperatures. The information on the packaging band is in Japanese. We ship from Switzerland via B-Mail.
