Description
This towel belongs to the category of Mame towels. In Japanese, "mame" means bean and refers to extra-small towels that are even more compact than a standard mini towel. There is conflicting information regarding the motif: the product name mentions Minnie with a balloon, while the manufacturer's description mentions Carl Fredricksen and his flying house from the movie Up. Both versions revolve around balloons. Please check the motif based on the product images.
The towel measures just about 15 by 15 centimeters and is made of one hundred percent cotton. This allows it to fit into any pocket, small handbag, or lunch box, making it suitable for quickly dabbing your hands or face. It is too small for thorough drying; however, it is ideal as a small collector's item or gift. We import such items from Japan in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed. In Japan, Mame towels are popular collectibles and gifts.
The towel is manufactured in Vietnam. The manufacturer notes that some lint and color transfer may occur initially. Therefore, wash separately in a laundry net and do not pull on individual threads to avoid damaging the fabric. The information on the label is in Japanese. We ship from Switzerland via B-Post mail. We are happy to help if you have questions about specific details.
