Description
Subtle rather than flashy: this hair clip is modeled after a seashell and finished in gold; white pearls provide the accents. Ariel and Flounder appear only as silhouettes, which is why the clip can also be worn in the office or with a simple outfit without immediately standing out as a movie souvenir.
It measures approximately 5 centimeters in height, 8 in width, and 3 in depth, weighing about 35 grams. Materials are zinc alloy, iron, and plastic, giving the clip enough weight to hold even thicker hair. Even a simple ponytail looks more polished with it. Imported from Japan and not regularly available here.
Notes: The manufacturer recommends the clip for ages 15 and up. Metal parts may cause reactions on sensitive skin or in those with a known nickel allergy; discontinue use if redness or itching occurs. Do not overstretch the clip and do not pull on the pearl trim when opening. Protect from water, perfume, and hairspray, as the gold finish may otherwise become dull. Store in a dry place and separately.
