Description
Winnie the Pooh cutlery set consisting of a pair of chopsticks and a spoon, both 18 centimeters long, in a shared case measuring approximately 18.8 x 4.7 x 1.8 centimeters. We carry several Winnie the Pooh sets from this series with different motifs, including Hug and Heart and Funny Face; please check the product image for a specific design.
The case measures approximately 188 x 47 x 18 millimeters. Inside is a silicone cushion that holds the chopsticks and spoon in place so that nothing rattles in your bag. The lid is made of AS plastic, the housing and spoon of ABS, and the chopsticks of methacrylate, all heat-resistant up to about 100 degrees; the silicone cushion withstands up to about 140 degrees. The complete set is dishwasher safe.
In Japan, such a set is not a children's item, but standard equipment for school and the office, as cutlery is brought from home rather than provided. The silicone cushion is the key feature that counts in everyday life: nothing rattles in your bag. A safety note: chopsticks taper to a point and are not a toy. Children should only use them at the table and under supervision, not walk around with them, and not play with them. Do not place in the microwave. After washing, let all parts dry before putting them back into the case so that no moisture remains. Replenishment is never guaranteed with these imports.
