Description
Mug featuring Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps from Zootopia, designed in the retro style of Japanese children's tableware series. The manufacturer is Skater, one of the established brands in Japan for bento and children's household items. With the theatrical release of Zootopia 2, the series has been reissued in Japan; it almost never appears in Europe. Zootopia is set in a city where predators and prey live side by side, and the two main characters, a fox and a rabbit, represent exactly that. The duo rarely appears on tableware outside of Japan.
The mug holds 340 milliliters and measures approximately 83 millimeters in diameter by 94 millimeters in height. The handle is large enough for children's hands, and several mugs can be stacked inside each other, which saves space in the kitchen cupboard. The material is AS plastic, heat-resistant up to around 100 degrees. It is lightweight, dimensionally stable, and significantly more resistant to drops than ceramic. Those who own multiple mugs from the series can stack them to save space.
Important care instructions: This mug is neither microwave nor dishwasher safe. Both will damage the plastic and the print. Clean by hand with mild detergent; do not use abrasive cleaners. Let hot drinks cool down before drinking; for small children, it is best for an adult to check the temperature. Restocking is never guaranteed with these imports. Limited Japan import, shipping from Switzerland. For children, it is worth checking the mug regularly for fine cracks and replacing it if damaged.
