Description
Winnie the Pooh dosing spoon for babies and toddlers, approximately 166 x 47 x 25 millimeters in size. It is intended for liquid medicines and liquid food: the bowl is flatter and wider than a standard teaspoon, making it feel less bulky against an infant's mouth. In Japan, such a spoon is part of the standard kit that parents receive as a gift after the birth of a child.
There is a measuring scale on the side, and the base is designed so that the spoon can be set down while filled without tipping over. This is the practical part: you can fill it, pick up the child, and then reach for the spoon without anything spilling. The material is polypropylene, heat-resistant up to about 120 degrees. It is also one of the most affordable items in our range and is well-suited as an add-on to a larger gift.
A note that is more important than the design: the scale on the spoon serves as a guide. The package insert or the measuring cup included with the medication always remains the authoritative source for the dosage of a medicine; in case of uncertainty, please consult a pharmacy or pediatric practice. The spoon is dishwasher-safe, but must not be boiled and should not be placed in a microwave or oven. Restocking is never guaranteed with these imports.
