Description
Set of three storage containers featuring Disney Princess motifs, intended in Japan as bento and snack boxes for kindergarten and school. The three sizes cover everyday needs: the large one for a light meal, the medium one for fruit or vegetables, and the small one for nuts, dried fruits, or cookies. Nested together, they take up hardly any space in the cupboard. The motifs are distributed across the three containers, so each features a different princess or group of motifs.
The large container holds 400 milliliters and measures approximately 140 x 90 x 51 millimeters, the medium holds 280 milliliters and measures 129 x 80 x 44 millimeters, and the small holds 180 milliliters and measures 119 x 69 x 37 millimeters. The containers are made of polypropylene, the lids of EVA. There is deliberately no sealing ring: this makes the lids easier to clean, but also means that the containers are not leak-proof.
Therefore, liquids should not be placed inside. The containers are microwave-safe without the lids, but the lids themselves are not. They are not dishwasher-safe; hand washing with a mild detergent is the correct method. Let heated food cool down before eating; for small children, it is best for an adult to check. Restocking is never guaranteed with these imports. Limited Japan import, shipping from Switzerland. Fatty foods such as oil or sauce will cause discoloration on polypropylene over time, which may look unsightly but is harmless.
