Description
Portion rice like they do in Japan: This Winnie the Pooh-themed storage container holds approximately 270 milliliters, which is equivalent to one bowl of freshly cooked rice, and is shaped like a tea bowl so it can be brought straight to the table. Thanks to its double-walled construction, hot rice can be frozen immediately without needing to cool it down first. When reheating in the microwave, the built-in steam circulation ensures that the rice grains remain loose and fluffy instead of drying out.
This container comes from the Disney Store Japan, where rice containers of this type are found in almost every kitchen, and it is not regularly available in Switzerland. We import them in small quantities; restocking is not guaranteed. It is also suitable for risotto, couscous, quinoa, or leftover soup and is microwave-safe with the lid closed. Paired with the Pooh lunch picks, tube holder, and mini basket from our range, your kitchen will turn into the Hundred Acre Wood.
Notes: When heating, place the lid on as described on the packaging and handle the container carefully after removing it from the microwave, as the contents and steam are hot; risk of scalding, children should only use under adult supervision. Do not use in the oven, on the stove, or with the grill function. Information regarding material, temperature range, dishwasher suitability, and usage is in Japanese on the packaging. Clean with mild detergent before first use; do not use abrasive cleaners.
