Description
Transparent acrylic cup featuring Cinderella and Lucifer the cat. In the film, Lucifer is the antagonist of the mice and has been marketed as a standalone character in Japan for years; here, he is exceptionally featured together with Cinderella in the design. We also carry the same cat on a melamine cup, so the two variants can be combined.
The cup holds 280 milliliters and measures approximately 80 millimeters in diameter and 90 millimeters in height. The material is methacrylate resin, i.e., acrylic: as clear as glass, but significantly lighter and virtually shatterproof. The crucial temperature limit is around 80 degrees Celsius. Hot drinks should not be poured into it, and neither dishwashers nor microwaves are suitable, as acrylic warps and turns cloudy when exposed to heat. Clean by hand with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or hard brushes, as they will dull the surface and diminish the very quality for which the cup is designed. Fine scratches will still appear over time; this is normal and not a material defect. In addition to the dining table, the cup works well in the bathroom or as a pencil holder on your desk. Replenishment is never guaranteed with these imports. Limited Japan import, shipped from Switzerland. The print is on the outside and does not come into contact with the drink. As a collector's item, the cup looks just as good on a shelf as it does on the table.
