Description
With Tomica's Deluxe Training Chopsticks, children aged two and up can playfully learn how to eat properly with chopsticks. The three colored silicone rings guide the thumb, index finger, and middle finger exactly where they belong – ensuring the technique is correct from the start, without any frustration at the dinner table. Many children find the transition from children's cutlery to real chopsticks difficult – which is exactly what this training set was designed for.
The soft silicone caps are skin-friendly and provide a secure grip, so the chopsticks don't keep slipping out of their hands. At 14 cm in length (excluding the character topper), they are perfectly sized for small hands. The cheerful Tomica design provides extra motivation to keep trying. Once the movement is mastered, the rings can be removed, and the child can continue using regular chopsticks. The chopsticks themselves are lightweight and well-balanced in the hand.
A thoughtful gift for families who practice Japanese food culture at home – or simply for anyone who wants to practice eating with chopsticks.
